Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty to the point that it is not usable, we are happy to send out a replacement. To process this, please email us at Hello@onlyflowerpresskits.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault

Once we verify the issue, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order that is our responsibility, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a suitable resolution.
